Europe's first pharma refugees?

Europe’s first pharma refugees?

Summary with current status:

For more than two weeks, the child and adult protection authority KESB Gelterkinden-Sissach is not available and refuses the legal representation of Ms. Honegger the current file inspection. On September 14, 2023, a permanent vigil for children’s rights and against forced vaccination arose in front of the KESB in Sissach BL.

An attempt was made to have the enforcement decision by the KESB Gelterkinden-Sissach of August 8, 2023 on the forced vaccination of two children under threat of police violence, based on a Federal Court decision of June 16, 2020, stopped. On Monday, September 18, 2023, press spokesman Marek Schäfer of the association PIU for Children’s Rights submitted a detailed, written request for reconsideration and a declaration of nullity to the KESB in Sissach BL. The announced appointment was refused, even after a call to the KESB. The bell at the front door was declared defective 10 minutes before delivery and remained so for several weeks. The dropping of the documents and a documentation on the problematic vaccine in CD form into the mailbox of the KESB Gelterkinden-Sissach was accompanied by Hoch2.tv, independent activists and the ‚freedom bell ringers‘ Freiheitstrychler.

To date, there has been no reaction from the KESB apart from an electronic acknowledgement of receipt, nor from the Basel-Landschaft Security Directorate (SID), the instructed vaccinator Dr. med. Domenico Rinaldi or the government council of the canton of Baselland. The Green councillor Laura Grazioli from Basel-Land received only „vague non-answers“ to her questions to the government council. The KESB is subject to the duty of record keeping, which was violated when letters from visitors of the first day of the vigil Sissach were not properly received by the KESB – quite a few letters were carelessly and unanswered deposited next to the mailbox.

The father of the children concerned was not willing to talk and was apparently still willing to have his children vaccinated. Since September 2022, civil proceedings have been ongoing at the Civil District Court Basel-Landschaft West regarding custody with the aim of depriving the mother of the two sons. The enforcement period for the measles vaccination expired on September 15, 2023, Mrs. Honegger though tried to get an appointment with the vaccinator for the purpose of discussion, but this was not even granted to her. The doctor was informed in writing by the PIU association that violent treatment of the children would result in legal consequences. No response and no offer – „the mother is systematically criminalized“, she must expect at any time that her two children will be intercepted by the police at school or in their free time or picked up from home to be subjected to a measles vaccination by force. The children do not suffer from the parents’ disagreement, but from the threat of the child and adult protection authority, which should protect children.

The children receive support from the school, which they could no longer attend regularly for safety reasons, they were written off sick before the school vacations. Homeschooling was possible during this difficult time, the school was able to help organize private lessons and provide school materials. The children are currently well and are on vacation with their mother. Whether orderly conditions will be found again after the vacations remains to be seen in view of the corona- and pharma-friendly attitude of the canton Baselland.

Health-wise, it’s a problem if the children always have to worry about being taken away from there at school and they just don’t want that to happen. The children don’t want that, they don’t want to be vaccinated, nor do they want to be taken away, nor do they want to be fixed, nor do they want to be force vaccinated. They certainly don’t want to be vaccinated […] with a vaccine that is problematic. They were already against vaccination before, are even more against vaccination now.“ The vaccine intended for the ordered forced vaccination is potentially carcinogenic and contains cervical cancer cells (supposedly not stem cells), called HeLa cells.

The Swiss Agency for Therapeutic Products, Swissmedic, has not yet commented on this, but has expressed openness for a meeting date, which has not yet been set. In the request for reconsideration to the KESB, not only are findings to be taken into account on the problem of the possibly carcinogenic measles vaccine, which may be contaminated with impure HeLa cells, among other things, mentioned, but also the mandatory and still outstanding hearing of the children according to the four principles of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. Thus, at present, the status quo remains, the children are dependent on protection and homeschooling and currently live in a canton that „politically discriminates“ against them, harasses them and threatens them with violence. The affected Swiss family members could become „the first pharmaceutical refugees in Europe“. The human interests should be weighted higher by the canton Basel-Land than the pharma lobby interests and the latter should not be implemented with Rambo methods as in the Corona time.

The SP government councilor Kathrin Schweizer of the Security Directorate Basel-Landschaft in Liestal BL is responsible for the supervisory authority over the child and adult protection authority KESB and was written to by the association PIU. Inadequacies and complaints are recorded in reports on the KESB and published by the Security Directorate. Thus, the police and the Security Directorate are expected to refuse any order for forced vaccination based on the nullity of the enforcement decision of the KESB, the lack of a safe vaccine and the failure to conduct the necessary child hearing, and to properly punish any criminal and administrative misconduct of the KESB. A child hearing should take place in a safe environment, and rescinding the order would provide that safety.

Now, an additional thirty-one municipalities of Basel-Landschaft, which fall under the jurisdiction of the KESB Gelterkinden-Sissach, are to be invited to an open conference. The said protection authority in Sissach has already come into disrepute several times due to known misconduct, on which there are meanwhile several reports in the leading media. The municipalities should now finally take responsibility for this „chaotic disaster case“ of an authority and finally reorganize this KESB so that it not only works cleanly in the „Honegger case“ and makes the right decisions, but in all other future cases as well. People should not be rejected, forced into an unbearable situation or live in fear and terror, compulsory education and visiting rights should not be endangered. The association PIU expects the participation of all municipalities in the said conference, in order to be able to examine the accusation of abuse of power to the KESB and to correct possible abuses.

Press spokesman Marek Schäfer of the PIU association received a call from the Basel-Landschaft police on October 2, 2023, and also a letter from the team leader of the Operative Investigation Service of the BL criminal police, who wanted to make sure that Mrs. Honegger and her two sons were doing well. The spokesman immediately offered the team leader of the Investigation Service a personal meeting for the purpose of exchange around the safety of the family in the canton and to clarify open questions, whether the police will move out – despite void order, they will arrest the children and fix for the forced vaccination with doctor Domenico Rinaldi and how they will behave at all. If the team leader can express himself, this should preferably be done in writing, otherwise the announcement of a responsible person is desired. The legal representation of Mrs. Honegger is not authorized by confidentiality to disclose the location of the mother of the two children, should the authorities ask for it.

The safety of Ms. Honegger and her children is guaranteed, this will also be confirmed publicly with a video recording of the family, so that the criminal police BL has the corresponding certainty. There are several human reasons for staying away from the family’s place of residence, on the one hand to protect the children from attacks by the authorities and other involved parties, on the other hand to have peace from the media hype for a while. In this entangled situation, the question arises whether genuine interest in and concern for the welfare of the children have led to this police investigation or whether it is an elegant move on the part of the canton or other clients to determine the location of the mother in this way for the implementation of the compulsory vaccination.

Does the Security Directorate (SID) want the children to be vaccinated, or does it care about serious case processing and show understanding for the vacation absence? In any case, the spokesman of the PIU Association is obliged to transmit a sign of life from the family to the police, and at the same time to have the interests of Mrs. Honegger protected by the legal service of the Association. The aim of the dialogue with the criminal investigation department is also to restore security for the family, especially when they return to their place of residence after the vacations.

It is already the twenty-first day of the permanent vigil „Sissach Protest“ – for children’s rights and against compulsory vaccination, which came into being on September 14, 2023 out of solidarity with the children threatened by compulsory vaccination and the mother. The vigil also serves as a media signaling, education of the population and the constant building of peaceful pressure on the KESB at Hauptstrasse 115 in Sissach. Once a week there is a common, interdenominational prayer hour for truth and justice. All people are cordially invited to pay a visit to the vigil in Sissach and see for themselves.

The open conversation of one and a half hours between the team leader of the Operative Investigation Service of the BL Criminal Police and the press spokesman of the PIU Association was friendly. The background of the contact by the police was a received missing person report by a lawyer of the other side. There was no order from the KESB Gelterkinden-Sissach to present the children concerned for compulsory vaccination, and it was not politically motivated behavior on the part of the police. Proof that the family is well will be provided by mutual agreement by the end of this week.

The situation should not escalate and the police should not be misused to make an example of the children. A responsible contact person will be provided by the Security Directorate (SID), who can exchange information with the PIU association and Ms. Honegger about security. The criminal police was informed about the behavior of the KESB and the background. He said that the police are not bound by certain rules, but must abide by constitutional principles and the Police Act. „Whoever acts on behalf of the state is bound by fundamental rights and is under a duty to contribute to their implementation.“ Art. 35, para. 2 (Art. 35 Upholding of fundamental rights). A violent arrest of the children would require a legal basis, which in fact does not exist at present, according to SID, as well as the mandatory proportionality.

The baselland police cannot violate the children’s fundamental rights, such as the lack of a child hearing, and they cannot use force against children. In the „Honegger case“ it is about two children capable of judgment, who do not want to be vaccinated against measles, clearly say no and would physically resist a forced vaccination. Even if there were no void order for lack of child hearing, and even if a safe single vaccine against measles existed (see HeLa cancer cell issue with Edmonston-Zagreb strain), children would have to be treated by force for injection and this would not be proportionate. „State action must be in the public interest and proportionate.“ Art. 5 para. 2 BV (Art. 5 Rule of law).

The hope is that the Security Directorate (SID) Basel-Landschaft will behave in accordance with the law. The ignorant actions and inhumane methods of the KESB in Sissach must be stopped and this so-called protection authority, which currently threatens children with fear and terror and harm to life and limb, must be examined and reorganized in any case. The above-mentioned thirty-one municipalities of the districts of Sissach BL and Waldenburg BL must now jointly reorganize the currently unacceptable KESB Gelterkinden-Sissach under the supervision of the Security Directorate (SID) BL. Those negatively affected by the KESB can contact the PIU association and other agencies.

Blessing in disguise and steps in the right direction. The „Honegger case“ should never have developed and escalated to such an extent that talks with the criminal police became necessary. The father of the children ignores the mental and physical health and the rights of his children. The KESB is not functioning and the father should already be deprived of custody from this point of view. Fortunately, thanks to the aggressive approach of the lawyer of the father of the children, there was at least a satisfaction for the concerned parties to be able to talk to the authorities and to realize that they take the law and the constitution seriously and that the children can feel protected until further notice.
