„Sissach Protest“ is kept alive – the situation is acute

On the rainy Monday morning of September 18, 2023, about eighty people gathered in front of the KESB Sissach-Gelterkinden to witness the handing over of the written request for the discontinuation of the ordinance on forced vaccination for two children in the Swiss Basel-Landschaft (Report on Hoch2). The whole background of how this scandalous threat of enforced vaccination and the still ongoing vigil „Sissach Protest“ came about was very well documented by several alternative news providers, various online channels and a few leading media (interview with mother of the children).

Marek Schäfer, the press spokesman of the association PIU for Child Protection in Bellinzona, was denied access to the KESB in Sissach and his request with further documents and evidence could not be delivered in person as scheduled. Because spontaneously shortly before 9 o’clock someone came out – unfriendly and apparently without a word – to the main entrance door and disappeared again in the building, at the same time an information leaflet was hung up: „Doorbell defective“.

The authority for alleged child and adult protection did not want to receive the correctly addressed letters and free letters on the part of the population after the broadly announced vigil on September 14, 2023 and put them carelessly under the mailboxes. On the announced deadline, the notorious office in Sissach was thus available to Marek Schäfer only purely by telephone, he threw the documents of the association PIU in the mailbox on site, which was witnessed by those present and recorded several times with photo and video.

The acute situation of the willful endangerment of the child’s well-being by threatening the forced injection of risky substances (second interview on Hoch2), if necessary under police coercion, can no longer be resolved by the natural father, even if he decides not to have his children vaccinated against measles after a risk assessment. The decision stands and falls with the implementing authority and the commissioned medical profession.

For this reason, the responsible core team of free people has unanimously decided to maintain the vigil until further notice. The constant mobilization will continue until there is a written confirmation from the KESB and other involved authorities that the two children affected by the threat of forced vaccination will no longer be bothered. The association PIU and all helpers of the vigil „Mahnwache Sissach“ thank the local population and from far away for their unbroken solidarity, their deep understanding and their goodwill.
